Some of my favorite memories growing up are of my grandmother — the way she would prepare to host our very large Peruvian family, moving through the kitchen and the table and the room with a kind of quiet intention that made everyone feel like the most important person there. What she taught me without ever saying it: hospitality is a love language. An act of honor. A way of saying, you matter enough for this.

I was born in Chiclayo — called the “Ciudad de la Amistad,” the Friendly City — and celebration has always been something I understood as more than a party. Where I come from, every gathering tells a story. Every detail is a sentence in a larger narrative that people carry with them long after the night is over. That question — how will every person remember this? — is the one that drives everything I design.

Over the past decade, I have worked every part of the event ecosystem: creative direction, design and styling, full production, logistics, and hospitality consulting. That range is deliberate — and honestly, it’s what makes this work so exciting to me. It means I look at design with a logistical eye and at production with a creative one, and it means my clients get both in one seat at the table. From intimate private celebrations to brand activations and four-day international conferences — including stages like Cannes Lions and the New York Upfront — the scale changes. The standard does not.

What makes my approach different is not just what I do — it is how I do it. I work on a per-project basis with fully transparent pricing. No packages, no vendor kickbacks, no percentages. When we are building your vendor team or designing your guest experience, every decision is made with your vision and your budget as the only agenda.

Working with me is collaborative, direct, and organized from day one — and I genuinely love the process as much as the result. My private clients describe an experience that feels personal and effortless, where they feel as considered as every detail in the room. My brand and corporate clients value that I understand the diplomacy and strategy that live inside a great event — that the right experience does not just impress guests, it turns them into believers. In every project, regardless of scale or format, that same standard of care is the constant.

That first look through a client’s eyes — when months of planning, of dreaming something up together, finally becomes real — that is still the moment I work for. Every single time.

The approach

Most creatives see design.
Most producers see logistics.
I was trained to see both at once.

And I believe that is where the best events live — in the space between a beautiful vision and a flawlessly executed reality. Before a single vendor is booked or a mood board is built, I ask: what do we want people to feel when they tell the story of this night? Everything — the florals, the lighting, the flow of the evening, the moment the room is revealed — is designed in service of that answer. The concept and the contingency plan. The mood board and the minute-by-minute timeline. The guest’s first impression and their last. Every decision serves the full picture.
