My Peruvian culture has always revolved around hospitality and gatherings. My earliest happy memories are from celebrations where everyone would immerse themselves in the joy of the moment. I was mesmerized at the careful planning and thoughtful details my grandmother would pour into these occasions. I didn’t understand it then, but I learned to value the fatc that the process was just as important as the result. This is at the heart of my work.
For the last decade I’ve created carefully curated events for individuals and brands, obsessing over every personalized detail that could make their event memorable to every guest. When everyone is fully engaged in enjoying the experience from beginning to end, thats the goal behind the job.
When I’m not dreaming up events, I love small cozy gatherings at home. A casual summer evening, garden florals, homemade food and my love ones – It’s how I often get inspired and how I honor my culture’s love of hospitality.

Event Production Manager
As a first-generation Salvadoran- American born raised in Los Angeles, I grew up with a large extended family. A casual Sunday afternoon gathering could easily turn into a celebration with the right food and a great soundtrack.
No one is ever surprised to learn that I ended up in the event world. A licensed hairdresser by trade, I started working in education for a hair care company. I quickly realized the part that really got my wheels turning was putting together the roster of hairdressers, and planning the mini events that would happen after the classes.
Pretty soon, I was planning experiences that centered around our new launches and shortly thereafter working with project managers to plan annual conferences and trade shows. As my database of vendors grew, I continued to learn about the event industry. Former clients reached out to me for referrals and event expertise constantly, and that gave way to full on event planning. I met Lia while working at a popular event space in Los Angeles. Something inside me told me we would work together someday, but the stars needed to align just right. 3 years later, here we are! I love what we are creating in this space. I love that we are both Latinas and bring a unique part of ourselves to LLE. There are so many elements to event planning but there’s an element of creativity and vision no one can teach you. It’s something you must have an eye for. I truly believe this is a formula we’ve mastered.

Our work inlcludes dinner parties, galas, launches, birthdays, corporate and brand experiences, and anything you can dream up. Each project and collaboration is led by an intense attention to detail and a deep appreciation of the meaningful memories we are trusted with.
